  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

  • No minimum order value is required to avail of this offer.

2. Order Dispatching

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be dispatched one day after call confirmation within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and dispatched accordingly.

  • Dispatching is applicable Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

3. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call from our agent within 24 hours to verify your details.

  • If we are unable to confirm your order, it may be delayed or canceled.

4. Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

  • We deliver across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

  • You can track your shipment using the courier service's tracking system.

6. Failed Delivery & Reattempts

  • If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address, unavailability, or non-response, a reattempt will be made.

  • If delivery fails multiple times, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests another delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, opened, or with missing items, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is confirmed and processed, cancellations or modifications may not be possible.
